2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, in a data centre in Germany. When you access the website, technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, date/time, page requested) is processed in order to ensure the delivery and security of the website. No transfer to a third country takes place. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and stable provision). A data processing agreement is in place with the host.

3. Server log files

The provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Contact form & getting in touch

If you contact us via the form or by email/phone, we process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, message) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation/performance of a contract) or (f) GDPR (handling of enquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• objection to the processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

6. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; for Hesse: the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Wiesbaden.

7. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” in your browser’s address bar.

8. Cookie-free audience measurement

For anonymous audience measurement we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin) — explicitly WITHOUT cookies. The service runs permanently in Consent Mode with the default “analytics_storage: denied” and sends cookieless signals only; nothing is stored on or read from your device. We record, in aggregate, which pages are opened, in which language, where the visit came from, and whether the phone number, email address or enquiry form was clicked. Because no storage takes place on the device, no consent under § 25 TDDDG is required; the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a needs-based design of the website). Returning visitors are not recognised, Google’s advertising and personalisation features are disabled, and the data is not merged with other sources.
